- Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not create a confirmed reservation.
- A booking is confirmed only after K/BARCI confirms it in writing and the required payment has been verified.
- Prices marked “estimated” may change until confirmed in a quotation.
- Flights, hotels, visas and pilgrimage allocations are subject to confirmation by the relevant providers and authorities.
- Each package may carry its own terms, shown on the package page.
